NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to appear before learned Trial Court and seek bail in accordance with law.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner appears before learned Trial Court within three weeks of passing of this order and moves an application for grant of bail, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
