Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the relief of regular bail, in case FIR No.174 dated 16.12.2023, under Section 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, registered at P.S. Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition at this stage, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of the trial. 3.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
