Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.386, dated24.12.2007, under Sections 379, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2015. Although, petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender but now he is in custody for the last about three and a half months. Recovery of the vehicle in question was not effected from the petitioner. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be
