Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that surgery of spine of petitioner's wife is scheduled on 20.07.2022 and he needs at least 30 days time to take care of his wife and he confine his prayer only to interim bail. Given the nature of ailment and criticality of the surgery involved, the petitioner's prayer for interim bail is allowed to the satisfaction of trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate/Duty magistrate, concerned and he shall surrender after 30 days.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to file a fresh after surrendering the petitioner.

In case the surgery is not done on 20.07.2022, then the petitioner to make efforts to get the surgery done at the earliest. However, for any reason, the surgery is postponed beyond 30 days, then the petitioner shall surrender on 22.07.2022 at 4.00 p.m in the concerned Jail.
