In view of the averments set out in the application, the same is allowed. Documents as Annexure P-14 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
CRM-27621-2024 This is an application filed under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for cancellation of interim bail granted to the applicant-petitioner from 31.05.2024 to 13.06.2024 vide order dated 30.5.2024 passed by this Court.

CRM-M No.17656 of 2024 (O&M) Notice in the application was issued on 16.7.2024 to counsel opposite.
However, no reply has been filed thereto.
The ground taken in the application for cancellation of interim bail was that the petitioner has not disclosed the fact to this Court that she has already been granted interim bail by the Special Court, Patiala, from 28.05.2024 to 31.05.2024 to perform last rites of her husband, emersion of ashes and to attend Bhog ceremony of her husband at Rajpura.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the applicant-petitioner has already surrendered before the Jail authorities on 14.06.2024 as directed vide order dated 30.05.2024 and further submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail, at this stage. Concededly, the applicant has already surrendered before the jail authorities in terms of order dated 30.5.2024, therefore, this court is not inclined to pass any further order in the application and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
