Petitioners have filed instant petition for quashing of FIR No.60 dated 26.06.2018 under Sections 354, 354-B, 506 of IPC as well as Sections 323, 384, 452 and 34 of IPC added later-on, registered at Police Station Women Ambala (Annexure P-1) and order dated 11.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) as well as subsequent proceedings arising out from the aforesaid FIR, on the basis of compromise dated 03.04.2024 (Annexure P3) only on behalf of Vivek Anand. Other co-accused Vikesh Anand has not been arrayed, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition seeking quashing of aforesaid FIR with liberty to file afresh by including both the accused as petitioners and accordingly withdraws the present petition.
