This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1 - Jagwati - who is stated to have died. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The legal representatives as mentioned in para 3 of the application are impleaded as party. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Vakalatnama signed by legal representatives of respondent No.1 has already been appended with the application, which is taken on record. RSA-2816-1999 (O&M) 3.

Present appeal pertains to the year 1999. On 30.04.2024 notices were issued to the appellants as it was stated by Mr. Chetan Salathia, Advocate that the present appeal was filed by Mr. Arun Jain, Advocate, who JITENDER KUMAR 2024.11.27 08:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

RSA-2816-1999 -2has since expired, and that he has no instructions in the matter. As per office report, appellant No.1 is stated to have died. Appellant Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 stand duly served. Despite the case being called twice, none has put in appearance on behalf of appellant Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5. None has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representative of appellant No.1. 4.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
