9359 of 2022 (O&M) CWP-9359-2022 In the short reply filed by the 5th respondent, it is stated that petitioner is not named as an accused in any F.I.R, and that the CBI had not sought for issuance of any LOC against the petitioner. In the reply filed by the respondents No. 3 and 4-State Bank of India, it is stated that the competent authority of the State Bank of India had sent a request for withdrawal of the LOCs against the petitioner, and three of his family members, and that the Bank has no objection if the LOC's against them are withdrawn, and the petitioner is permitted to travel abroad. Having regard to these submissions, since the LOC against the petitioner is said to have been deleted, this Writ Petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
