This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No. 103, dated 29th May, 2020, under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station DLF, Phase-I, District Gurugram (Haryana).

This Court vide order dated 29th June, 2020, granted the interim bail to the petitioners, subject to joining investigation. The interim protection was extended from time to time.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amit Kumar submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and the co-accused Gulshan Bir Singh Sehgal has also given his specimen signatures. 5.
