Mr. Harpreet S. Multani, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent / State, and, states that he has no objection in the allowing of the present application, hence seeking the withdrawal of the main case.

In view of the above, and, the contents of the afore application, the same is allowed, and, the main petition is, accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
