On 07.07.2020, notice of motion was issued in the present case. Though no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondents/State, however, it has been stated by learned counsel for the State on instructions from the concerned Department that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 08.06.2020 (Annexure P-6) and the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the said representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide his representation dated 08.06.2020 (Annexure P-6) as expeditiously as possible.
