As per order dated 01.05.2025, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that one of the counsels earlier representing the appellant had since expired and, therefore, prayed for issuance of notice to the sole respondent. Thereafter, as per office report dated 16.07.2024, it was intimated that the sole appellant has expired. 2.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution, with liberty reserved to the legal representatives of the appellant to seek revival of the same at any stage in accordance with law. 3.
