**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to dis-connect the electric connection of the petitioner without following due process of law.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the respondents have disconnected the electric connection. Learned senior counsel further submits that a representation dated 29.04.2022 filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.2.

CWP No. 9427 of 2022 -2At this stage, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case her representation is directed to be decided in accordance with law within a stipulated period and the petitioner would espouse her cause before the competent authority keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case.

This writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to press her representation before respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 shall also look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before respondent No.2.
