Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to take action against respondents No. 4 to 8.
Heard.
Petitioner had taken loan from respondents No. 4 and 5-finance company to the tune of ` 9,06,413/-. However, petitioner committed default in payment of installments. During the course of arguments, it has transpired that petitioner had committed default to the tune of ` 1,56,000/- and due to this reason, the truck in question was taken in possession by the respondents-finance company.
