The aforesaid Civil Revision Petition was filed on 06.04.2024. At the time of filing of the petition, certain objections were raised by the Registry. However, counsel for the petitioner has failed to remove the said objections, as per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders.
