(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.101 dated 18.07.2017 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120-B IPC and 13-A of the Punjab Village Common Land Act, at Police Station Sadar Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 31.08.2017, the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Harjinder Pal, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioners are no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.08.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
