The matter was listed before the pre-Lok Adalat and since none was appearing on behalf of both the parties, notices were issued to the appellant as well as the respondents. Despite the said fact, neither the counsel nor the appellant had appeared. The case was returned to the High Court. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has not been able to establish contact with his client and he has no instructions in the matter. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
