Present petition has been filed under Section 483(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for cancellation of bail granted to respondent no.2 vide order dated 31.12.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, in BA/3288/2025 case FIR No.70 dated 26.8.2024 under Sections 177, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC (Section 201 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Garhdiwala, District Hoshiarpur. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, faced with the situation that the plea in hand is for cancellation of bail and not for setting aside of the bail, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file an appropriate application/petition before the concerned Sessions Court. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
