Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representation given by the petitioner to the Deputy Commissioner, SAS Nagar, which has further been marked to District Development and Panchayat Officer (DDPO), SAS Nagar to take action after enquiry. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondents to take requisite action on the representation, after due enquiry. 3.
