RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.3 and 4 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner. It is further prayed that direction be issued to respondents no.2 and 3 to take appropriate action in the said matter by deciding the representation, dated 23.03.2023. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 23.03.2023, Annexure P-4, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior MEENU 2023.04.17 16:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
