ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) By filing CM-608-CWP of 2021, the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of instant writ petition. It is averred that by virtue of an administrative order dated 04.01.2021, charges against the petitioner, which are impugned in the instant writ petition, have been dropped. In view thereof, aforesaid application is allowed. Civil Writ Petition No. 8676 of 2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
