The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conclude the investigation of FIR No.142 dated 06.09.2025 (Annexure P1) under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (Sections 323, 326 and 34 of IPC) registered at Police Station Sadar Nawanshahar. 2.

The present petition is disposed of with the directions to the investigating agency to conclude the investigation within a period of 04 weeks.
