CRM-M-16620 of 2020 Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.77 dated 28.05.2020, under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 24 of Immigration Act, registered at Police Station Nigdhu, District Karnal.

State counsel, on instructions from ASI Narender Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

Considering the fact that the dispute between the parties has been compromised, which is apparent from the compromise deed (Annexure P-4) and affidavits (Annexures P-5 to P-7), and the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, the order dated 28.07.2020 passed by this Court granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petition stands disposed of.
