Mr. Gaurav Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. *** Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Rajinder Singh from Police Station Pinjore states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and recovery has been effected from him. Further, he has furnished an affidavit that he is not holding any Passport. State counsel submits that petitioner is not required for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 31.8.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
