Present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in case FIR No. 45 dated 23.05.2018 under Sections 406, 420, 304, 201, 120B IPC, Section 12 of the Passport Act, 1967, Section 24 of Immigration Act and Section 13 of The Travel and Professional Regulation Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Lohian, District Jalandhar Rural.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one. Permitted to do so.
