State of Haryana .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Deepak Gupta,Advocate for the petitioners Mr.RK Doon,AAG Haryana Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.829 dated 16.8.2015 under Sections 148,149,323,506 IPC (later on added Sections 324/325/326 IPC) PS Jhajjar,Distt.Jhajjar. It is a case of version and cross version. The dispute had occurred at a Bhandara in a temple between two set of parties. Five petitioners herein are nominated as accused in the main version contained in the aforesaid FIR. As per allegations side of the petitioners were armed with lathis and sticks and are alleged to have inflicted injuries to one Mantosh, chacha of the complainant as also the complainant Joginder.

CRM-M 32103/2015 injury on the person of Chacha Mantosh who has suffered fractures. In fact there are five injured on the petitioners' side and five on the complainant in the FIR.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Anil Kumar admits that the investigation is over, however, an x-ray report is awaited. Further concedes that in the cross version case all the nominated accused have been granted regular bail. Without expressing anything on the merits of the case, keeping in view the fact that trial is not likely to be concluded in near future and no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in custody, the present petition is allowed and petitioners are directed to be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate,Jhajjar.
