RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondents to grant emergency parole for three months to father of the petitioner on the ground of treatment of his knee, which got infection due to lack of proper treatment inside the jail. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for dismissal of this petition on the ground that the same has been rendered infructuous. Petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
