The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.21 dated 25.02.2020 registered under Sections 376, 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala. 2.
By an order dated 29.06.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 29.06.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
