(Oral) Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondeonts to provide the information sought by the petitioner under Right to Information Act, 2005 as sought from respondent No.3 being the State Public Information Officer of MC, Bawal, District Rewari. It is also prayed that direction be issued to respondent No.1 to reopen appeal case No. 6309 of 2021 by quashing order dated 3.12.2021, which is disposed of without providing complete information sought by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and,thus, the petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
