He further contends that he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice (Annexure P-13) in accordance with law.

Issue notice to respondents At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice (Annexure P-13) in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
