(ORAL) Learned State counsel fairly points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment dated 02.04.2012, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 591 of 2000(O&M), titled "State of Haryana v. Bhagwan Singh and others", and other connected matters, vide which the compensation awarded by the Reference Court was affirmed and the appeals preferred by the State were dismissed. Thus, this appeal too, as a necessary consequence, shall have to be dismissed. Ordered accordingly.
