RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant 2nd petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.183, dated 12.08.2020, under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
