**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) CRM-34017-2022 This is an application to place on record the compliance orders (Annexure P8) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar. In view of the contents and prayer clause of the application, the same is allowed. Annexure P-8 is taken on record.

CRM-M-18965-2022 Vide order dated 16.05.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have joined the proceedings and complied with the order dated 16.05.2022. This fact has not been disputed by the learned State counsel on the instructions from ASI Karnail Singh. However, learned State counsel has opposed the bail. He further submits that in case this Court is inclined to give the bail to the petitioners then it should be subject to the strict and stringent conditions. Given above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 16.05.

2022 is made absolute, subject to the following conditions: (i) Given the nature of allegations and the other circumstances peculiar to this case, the petitioner shall surrender all weapons, firearms, ammunition, if any, along with the arms license to the concerned authority within ten days from today and inform the Investigator about the compliance. However, subject to the Indian Arms Act, 1959, the petitioner shall be entitled to renew and take it JYOTI 2022.09.14 15:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document back in case of acquittal in this case.

CRM-34017-2022 in/and -2CRM-M-18965-2022 (ii) Till the completion of the trial, the petitioners shall not contact, call, text, message, remark, stare, stalk, make any gestures or express any unusual or inappropriate, verbal or otherwise objectionable behavior towards the victim and victim's family, either physically, or through phone call or any other social media, through any other mode, nor shall unnecessarily roam around the victim's home.

If the petitioners fail to comply with these conditions, then on this ground alone, the bail might be canceled, and the complainant may file any such application for the cancellation of bail, and State shall file the said application.
