Learned counsel for the parties submit that a compromise dated 26.05.2026, i.e. today, has been arrived at between the parties and the dispute inter se the parties has now been settled. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that he is satisfied with the compromise and prays that the present appeal may be disposed of in terms thereof.

The original copy of the compromise has been supplied by learned counsel for the parties in Court today. The same is marked as Mark-A and taken on record. Registry is directed to tag at the appropriate place.

Keeping in view the above, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid compromise, Mark-A. Decree sheet be drawn accordingly. The aforesaid compromise shall also form part of the decree. The revenue authorities are directed to effect the compromise in the revenue record.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
