**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.14 dated 14.04.2016, under Sections 498-A, 377, 406, 506 and 34 IPC and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act added later on, registered at Police Station Women Sonipat, District Sonipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that earlier the petitioner has been granted the benefit of bail by the trial Court on 04.05.2016 and thereafter, an offence under Section 3 of the SC/ST Act was added. Since, the petitioner is in custody from 25.07.2016 in the added offence, so, he be released on regular bail.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that the charges have been framed in this case on Naresh Kumar 2016.09.26 12:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh 29.08.2016 and out of total 15 witnesses, none has been examined so far.

CRM-M-33030-2016 -2I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. The petitioner was arrested on 25.07.2016. Since then, he is in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time. In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Sonepat.

Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
