(ORAL) The appeal, filed by the husband - appellant, assails the order dated 04.02.2020 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, whereby the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, filed by the respondent - wife on the ground of cruelty, was allowed, and the decree of divorce for dissolution of marriage was granted.
At the outset, counsel for the appellant states that the appellant - husband does not pursue the present appeal, in view of the respondent - wife having re-married, therefore, prays for permission to withdraw the present appeal.
Permitted to do so.
