       The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by a communication dated 02.03.2023 (Annexure P-7) issued by the respondent-university whereby the petitioner after having been admitted in B.Sc. Nursing Course in the year 2022 and having persuaded since September-2022, has now been declared ineligible for admission and pursuing the course further.

From a perusal of the petition, it is observed that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 18.03.2023 (Annexure P-8) before the respondent-university wherein the petitioner has stated that she had obtained compartment in the subject of Physics but still she has time to clear the same and in such circumstances, she cannot be declared ineligible without having afforded an opportunity of hearing. In the circumstances, as the petitioner has already approached the respondent-university by filing a representation dated 18.03.2023 (Annexure P-8), without expressing any opinion on the merits RAVINDER KUMAR 2023.04.19 17:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

  [2] of the case, the petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take a decision on the petitioner's representation (Annexure P-8) expeditiously as far as possible within a period of one week from today. The petitioner would also be at liberty to place the additional documents in support of her representation before the respondent university within a period of two days.

With these observations and directions, the petition stands disposed of.
