Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.155, dated 26.07.2015, under Section 23 of Preconception and Prenatal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection ) Act, 1994, registered at Police Station Shimla Puri, District Ludhiana City.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2015. Challan has already been presented in the Court. Conclusion of trial may take time. Co-accused Ashok Kumar was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.09.2015 in CRM-M-305022015. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the
