This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.148 dated 02.07.2016 under Sections 363/366A IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Civil Lines, Batala on the basis of a compromise.

It is noticed that there is no representation on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5 after 06.10.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to take up all the pleas available to him before the learned trial court/Investigating Agency, at the appropriate stage. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) February 22 , 2018.
