**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that 26 out of 30 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the matter is now listed for examination of the remaining prosecution witnesses on 23.09.2019 before the trial Court. He further contends that every effort shall be made to examine the remaining prosecution witnesses on the next date itself and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
