(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has sent a representation for his release on parole on 04.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) but no action has been taken thereon. He therefore, submits that the competent authority be directed to consider and decide the same. Issue notice to the respondents.
