(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case Criminal Complaint No.30755 dated 06.10.2012 whereby they have been summoned to face trial under Sections 3, 5 and 7 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act vide order dated 01.06.2017 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar.

It is contended that pursuant to order dated September 15, 2017, petitioners have appeared before the trial court and furnished bail bonds. In view of the above, order dated September 15, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
