Upon a querry made by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioners has informed that the charges have not been framed so far. In view of the aforestated position, the petition is disposed of with a direction that the trial Court, while considering the framing of charges shall consider all such pleas as may be raised therein and shall pass a speaking order.
