Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 92 dated 11.06.2014, registered under Section(s) 21 & 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 IPC at Police Station "E" Division, Amritsar, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that she be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the learned trial Court and move an application for granting him bail.

In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Judge within a period of one week from today and moves an application for admitting him to bail, the same shall be decided by the learned trial Court within a period of ten days, thereafter.
