RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2, to look into the representation dated 16.07.2018 (Annexure P-7). At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, inasmuch as, investigation has been completed wherein respondent no. 6-Bikramjit Singh Sodhi @ Lamba has been found innocent and police is going to file final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. in Court within 15 days from today against respondent No. 5-Sanjiv Kumar @ Bantu, under Section 336 IPC and under the Arms Act.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
