***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and upon finding that chargesheet has already been presented and the matter is at the stage of consideration of framing of charges, this Court does not deem appropriate to quash the FIR in exercise of powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The instant petition, as such, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before Trial Court at the stage of consideration of framing of charges.

Needless to mention, the Trial Court would be expected to consider the pleas as may be raised by the petitioners at the stage of consideration of framing of charges.
