Petitioner/complainant - Ajay Kumar seeks cancellation of bail as granted to respondent No.2 - Renu Bala, who is none else but his wife. 2.

Apparently it is a case arising out of matrimonial discord inasmuch divorce proceedings are also stated to be pending between the parties. 3.

In the instant case, the petitioner lodged an FIR alleging therin that his wife i.e. respondent No.2 - Renu Bala had stolen his bicycle and retained an amount of Rs.2,000/-.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for cancellation of bail. The instant petition sans merit and is hereby dismissed.
