The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the main execution petition filed by the respondent has been dismissed for nonprosecution on 05.01.2019, but no application for its restoration has been filed. Hence, he submits that the revision petition be dismissed as infrucutuous with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for revival as and when the application for restoration of the execution petition is filed. 2.
