The petitioner in this petition is assailing the proceedings dated 25.04.2022 (Annexure P-11) issued by respondent No.4 directing the Area Kanungo, Kapurthala to deliver the possession of the residential house of the petitioner to the respondents No.1 and 2-Bank. Since, the petitioner has already approached the DRT-III, Chandigarh vide SA No.11 of 2022 which is now fixed for 10.05.2022 before the said Forum, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an interim application in the said SA, seeking stay of his dispossession pursuant to the proceedings dated 25.04.2022 by respondent No.3, and if such an application is filed by the petitioner, after hearing counsel for the respondents, the same shall be decided by 31.05.2022. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in above said terms.
