The counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined investigation and otherwise the matter has been compromised between the parties. Parties have already filed petition seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise which is pending for 18.7.2022. ( 2 ) CRM-M-20656-2021 The aforesaid facts have not been disputed by the State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh.

Even otherwise as per para No.4 of aforesaid status report complainant Jasmer Kaur got recorded her statement with the Investigating Officer on 18.3.2022 wherein she admitted the fact of compromise effected between the parties.

In the light of the above, as it appears that the parties have effected compromise, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 21.12.2021 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
